益气养阴消瘀通络方结合胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病视网膜病变临床观察

Clinical Observation on Upplementing Qi for Nourishing Yin and Removing Stasis for Dredging Collaterals Recipe Combined with insulin Pump in the Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探讨益气养阴消瘀通络方结合胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果。方法选取本院医治的80例糖尿病视网膜病变患者为研究对象,采用随机方法将其分为试验组与对照组各40例。对照组患者给予常规的胰岛素泵治疗,治疗组患者在胰岛泵治疗的基础上,结合中医益气养阴消瘀通络方进行治疗,并在2组患者治疗4周后,对治疗效果进行观察比较。结果 2组患者治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白等指标检查结果显示,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者的T_3、T_4、FT_3、FT_4等甲状腺功能检测指标比较,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病视网膜病变患者采用益气养阴消瘀通络方与胰岛素泵结合治疗,可对患者的血压及血糖起到控制及改善作用,使患者的预后质量大幅提升,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of supplementing qi for nourishing yin and removing stasis for dredging collaterals recipe combined with insulin pump in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods 80 patients with diabetic retinopathy were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional insulin pump. The treatment group was treated with the treatment of upplementing qi for nourishing yin and removing stasis for dredging collaterals recipe based on the treatment of islet pump. After two weeks of treatment, the therapeutic effect was observed and compared between the two groups. Results Before and after treatment,fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 hours blood glucose test results and glycosylated hemoglobin showed that the experimental group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. The detection index T3, T4, FT3, FT4, thyroid function in the experimental group were better than those of the control group（ P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The supplementing qi for nourishing yin and removing stasis for dredging collaterals combined with insulin pump in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy can control and improve the blood pressure and blood sugar of patients, so that the quality of prognosis of patients is greatly improved, so it should be widely promoted in clinical practice.
