肿瘤化疗后中医护理对胃肠道反应的改善之研究

Study on Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Gastrointestinal Reaction after Tumor Chemotherapy

目的研究肿瘤化疗后应用中医护理对胃肠道反应的改善效果。方法选取2015年1月—2017年6月于我院实施化疗的肿瘤患者100例,随机分为对照组和试验组各50例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施中医护理。比较2组患者胃肠道反应发生情况、患者护理满意度。结果试验组患者胃肠道反应发生率为16.00%,低于试验组患者的34.00%,P<0.05。试验组的护理满意度96.00%高于对照组的72.0%,P<0.05。结论肿瘤化疗后应用中医护理能有效降低患者胃肠道反应发生率,促进患者恢复速度,对其治疗效果的提升有很大帮助。

Objective To study the effect of TCM nursing on gastrointestinal reaction after tumor chemotherapy. Methods 100 cases of tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 were selected. 100 cases were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing. The experimental group implemented TCM nursing. Patients ＇ gastrointestinal reactions and nursing satisfaction was compared. Results The incidence of gastrointestinal reaction in the control group was 16.00 %, which was less than 34.00% in the experimental group P〈 0.05. The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was 96.00 % which was higher than 72.0% in the control group P〈 0.05.Conclusion The application of TCM nursing after tumor chemotherapy can effectively reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal reaction in patients, and promote the recovery of the patient. It is very helpful to improve the therapeutic effect.
