妇产科护理风险控制及人性化护理措施研究

Research on Nursing Risk Control and Humanistic Nursing Measures in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics

目的探究妇产科护理风险控制及人性化护理措施。方法将该院妇产科2016年7月—2017年7月收治的90名待产妇视为研究主体对象,以随机数字表法为参照划分为对照组及观察组,各组45名;对照组产妇给予常规护理,观察组产妇给予人性化护理及风险控制,对比两组产妇的护理满意度及产后并发症发生率。结果从护理满意度指标来看,观察组与对照组分别为95.56%及73.33%,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);从产后并发症发生率指标来看,观察组与对照组分别为2.22%及17.78%,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇产科实行人性化护理及风险控制效果良好,有利于产妇机体康复。因此值得在临床护理中使用及推广。

Objective To study the nursing risk control and humanistic nursing measures in the department of gynecology and obstetrics. Methods 90 cases of delivery women in our hospital admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each, and the control group used the routine nursing, while the observation group used the humanistic nursing and risk control and the nursing satisfactory degree and incidence rate of postpartum complications were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 95.56% vs 73.33%, and the difference was obvious, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）, and the incidence rate of postpartum complications in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 2.22% and 17.78%, and the difference was obvious, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation effect of humanistic nursing and risk control in the department of gynecology and obstetrics is good, which is beneficial to the recovery, therefore, it is worth clinical promotion and application.
