团体献血过程中献血反应的发生原因分析及对策探讨

Analysis of Occurrence Causes and Study on Countermeasures of Blood Donation Reactions in the Team Blood Donation Course

目的分析团体献血的献血反应以及发生原因。方法该研究于2017年1—12月通过对发生献血反应的22个献血团体进行调查,探讨其发生献血反应的原因。结果 22个献血团体中,2个献血团体是因为献血时精神紧张导致出现献血反应,8个献血团体多是由于空腹问题发生献血反应,12个献血团体由于献血环境嘈杂和疲劳产生献血反应。结论献血反应受献血者的自身条件以及献血环境等因素的影响较大。

Objective To analyze the reactions and occurrence causes of team blood donation. Methods 22 blood donation teams with reactions were investigated from January to December 2017, and the causes of blood donation were studied. Results Of 22 blood donation teams, 2 cases had blood donation reactions due to mental nervousness, 8 blood donation teams had reactions due to fasting issues, and 12 had reactions due to noisy blood donation environment and tiredness. Conclusion The effect of blood donors and blood donation environment on the blood donation reactions is bigger.
