内科老年患者中实施预防跌倒分级管理的效果

Implementation Effect of Preventive Falling Classification Management in Senile Patients in the Department of Internal Medicine

目的观察预防跌倒分级管理在内科老年患者中的实施效果。方法从2014年1月—2017年12月期间该院收治的所有内科老年患者当中随机选取120例患者作为该次的观察对象,60例患者设为对照组,60例患者设为观察组;对照组实施常规内科护理管理;观察组实施预防跌倒分级管理;对比两组患者的跌倒发生率以及患者的护理管理满意度。结果观察组的跌倒发生率为5.00%,对照组的跌倒发生率为40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的满意度为95.00%,对照组的满意度为71.67%(P<0.05)。结论将实施预防跌倒分级管理应用到内科老年患者的护理管理当中,能够降低老年患者的跌倒发生率,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To observe the implementation effect of preventive falling classification management in senile patients in the department of internal medicine. Methods 120 cases of senile patients in the department of internal medicine in our hospital fi＇om January 2014 to December 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing management, while the observation group used the preventive falling classification management, and the incidence rate of falling and satisfactory degree of nursing management were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of falling in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 5.00% and 40.00%, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and the satisfactory degree in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 95.00% vs 71.67%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of preventive falling classification management in senile patients in the department of internal medicine can obviously reduce the incidence rate of falling and improve the satisfactory degree of patients.
