苏州南部社区卫生服务中心及其下设站点的用药分析

Analysis of Medication of Community Health Service Center and Affiliated Sites in Southern of Suzhou

目的通过对苏州南部某社区卫生服务中心及其下设站点的用药情况进行调查分析,找到社区用药中存在的问题,促进合理配备药品及使用。方法对社区卫生服务中心下设36个站点在2011年1月—2016年12月期间用药情况进行汇总分析,了解近年来总体用药趋势及相关因素。结果社区抗菌药物用量呈总体下降趋势,而降压药、降糖药、调血脂药以及镇静催眠药的用量持续上涨。结论社区抗菌药物的滥用已得到控制,但慢性病及睡眠障碍患者增多,需引起重视。

Objective To analyze the medication of community health service center and affiliated sites in southern of Suzhou, find out the existing issues in the community medication and promote the rational drugs allocation and use. Methods The medication of 36 sites affiliated to community health service center fi＇om January 2011 to December 2016 were summarized and analyzed, and the total medication trend and related factors in recent years were mastered. Results The total amount of community antibacterials showed a decreasing trend, but the dosages of hypotensive drugs, hypoglyeemie agents, lipid regulating agents and sedative hypnotics constantly increased. Conclusion The abuse of community antibaeterials have been controlled, but the patients with chronic diseases and sleep disorder increase, which needs to be emphasized.
