Effective Application of Case Teaching in the Experimental Teaching of Clinical Immunology Test

检验实验教学是临床免疫学科的重点内容,且检验专业是应用性、实践性较强,且与临床医学有密切联系的学科。临床免疫学检验实验教学工作开展的过程中,为激发学生的学习兴趣,加深学生的理解,应该探索有效的方式引导学生学习。免疫学检验试验教学是检验专业临床工作的基础,在实际教学过程中,应用案例教学法,能够有效提升学生免疫学基础,并且加强学生免疫学技术的实践操作性。由于免疫学检验实验课程涉及的基础理论知识较多,且在具有抽象性特点,因此实际教学有很大的难度,学生极易在学习中产生恐惧心理,进而发展为厌学情绪,最终导致教学质量无法提升。该文展开案例式教学在临床免疫学检验实验教学中应用探讨,希望为临床免疫学教学提供一些建议。

Laboratory teaching is the key content of clinical immunology, and laboratory is a discipline with strong applicability and practice, and is closely related to clinical medicine. In the process of clinical immunology experiment teaching, in order to stimulate students＇ interest in learning and deepen their understanding, we should explore effective ways to guide students to learn. Immunological test teaching is the basis of clinical work. In case of practical teaching, case teaching method can effectively improve students＇ immunology basis and enhance students＇ immunology technology practice. Because there are a lot of basic theoretical knowledge related to immunological test experiment, and the actual teaching have great difficulty, students can easily produce psychological fear in learning, and develop emotional weariness, resulting in teaching quality unimproved. This paper discusses the application of case teaching in clinical immunological test teaching, and hopes to provide some suggestions for the teaching of clinical immunology.
