个案追踪法在护士临床护理能力考核中的应用

Application of Case Tracing Method in the Examination of Clinical Nursing Abilities of Nurses

目的探讨个案追踪法在护士临床护理能力考核中的价值。方法选取2015年10月—2017年6月于该院工作的150名护士作为研究对象,分析采取个案追踪法进行临床护理考核,分析其效果。结果采取个案追踪法培训后护士的考核合格率显著优于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后护士的综合能力考核成绩显著优于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后护士满意度显著优于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将个案追踪法应用于临床护士能力考核中,有助于规范护士的行为和考核标准,可提高护士的综合能力,值得在临床进一步探讨和推广。

Objective To study the value of case tracing method in the examination of clinical nursing abilities of nurses. Methods 150 cases of nurses working in our hospital from October 2015 o June 2017 were selected as the research objects and the case tracing method was used for clinical nursing examination, and the effect was analyzed. Results The qualified rate of nurses after training of case tracing method was obviously better than that before training, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, after training, the examination score of general ability of nurses afler training was obviously better than that before training, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the satisfactory degree of nurs- es afler training was obviously better than that before training, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of case training method in the examination of abilities of clinical nurses contributes to stan- dardizing the behaviors and examination standards of nurses and improving the general abilities of nurses, and it is worth further discussion and promotion in clinic.
