该文从保障基层群众食品药品安全与维护基层群众根本利益两个方面说明了基层食品药品监管重要性,从监管对象物质水平低、食品药品环节存在隐患、基层食品药品监管力量薄、基层食品药品监管技术手段较差、基层食品药品经营秩序需要规范与基层群众自我保护意识差等方面分析了基层食品药品监管存在的主要问题,并且从提升安全监管的质量、完善食品药品监管体制、提升食品药品监管工作人员素质、推行食品药品安全责任制度的落实、加大政府的资金投入、增强基层群众的自我保护意识等方面提出了基层食品药品监管问题的优化路径。
