团队资源管理模式缩短急性缺血性脑卒中患者就诊应用静脉溶栓药时间的效果分析

Team Resource Management Model to Shorten the Effect of Intravenous Thrombolytic Therapy in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的分析团队资源管理模式在缩短急性缺血性脑卒中患者的就诊应用静脉溶栓药的时间(DNT)效果。方法选取该院2016年4月—2018年3月间收治的缺血性脑卒中患者中的200例(2016年4月—2017年3月和2017年4月—2018年3月各随机抽取100例患者),依据时间分线建立研究组与对照组进行对比。对照组行传统的救护模式进行救治,研究组行团队资源管理模式结合护理。比较两组患者的DNT、生活日常活动能力与治疗满意度。结果研究组DNT为(43.78±12.53)min,相比对照组均显著更少(P<0.05);Barthel指数(67.33±19.68)分相比对照组均显著更高(P<0.05);护理满意度99%(99/100),相比对照组均显著更高(P<0.05)。结论运用团队资源管理模式在急性缺血性脑卒中患者的急救治疗中,可有效缩短应用静脉溶栓药时间,并且提高患者康复率。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the effectiveness of the team resource management model in shortening the time of intravenous thrombolytic therapy（DNT） in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 200 patients with ischemic stroke admitted between April 2016 and March 2018 in this hospital（100 patients were randomly selected from April 2016 to March 2017 and April 2017 to March 2018） were recruited.The study group and control group were established based on the time line.comparing.The control group performed the traditional rescue mode for treatment,and the study group conducted the team resource management mode combined with nursing.The DNT,daily activity and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results DNT in the study group was（43.78±12.53）min,which was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）;Barthel index（67.33±19.68）points were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）;The satisfaction rate was 99%（99/100）,which was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The use of the team resource management model in the emergency treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke can effectively shorten the time of intravenous thrombolytic therapy,improve the recovery rate of patients.
