摘要
目的探究PDCA循环在该院静配中心(PIVAS)洁净管理的应用效果。方法选择2016年5月10日—2017年5月10日时间段设置为实验组,给予PDCA循环管理,选择2015年5月9日—2016年5月9日设置为常规组,未给予PDCA循环管理,将两组的相关数据进行分析对比。结果空气沉降菌生成率:实验组为15.91%,常规组为37.73%(P<0.05);管理满意度:实验组为96.67%,常规组为83.33%(P<0.05)。结论对PIVAS给予PDCA循环管理模式,便于将管理质量进一步提高,促进临床安全用药。
Objective This paper tries to explore the application of PDCA cycle in the clean management of PIVAS.Methods The period of May 10 th,2016 to May 10 th,2017 was selected as the experimental group,PDCA cycle management was given;the period of May 9 th,2015 to May,9 th,2016 was selected as the regular group,without giving PDCA cycle management,the relevant data of the two groups was analyzed and compared.Results The formation rate of air sediment bacteria was 15.91% in the experimental group,37.73% in the conventional group(P〈0.05),and 96.67% in the experimental group and 83.33% in the conventional group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle management model was given to PIVAS to facilitate the further improvement of management quality and promote clinical safety.
