手术室和供应室器械交接中手术器械图谱化管理应用探讨

Discussion on the Application of Surgical Instruments Mapping in the Transfer of Operating Room and Supply Room

目的探讨手术室和供应室器械交接中器械包图谱化管理应用效果。方法 2017年7月起,该院供应室实施手术器械图谱化管理模式。该文选取2017年1—6月该院手术室与供应室器械交接中400例次交接记录并作为对照组,选取2017年8月—2018年1月同时间段实施手术器械图谱化管理模式后400例次手术器械交接记录并作为观察组。对比两组资料的护理交接工作质量和满意度。结果观察组交接错误差错发生率明显低于对照组;观察组时间段手术室对供应室工作满意度明显优于对照组时间段,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实行手术器械图谱化管理模式,使器械交接的清点工作因为图谱的形象化和清晰化变得更快捷,减少了差错发生几率,提高了手术室对供应室工作满意度。

Objective This paper tries to explore the application effect of instrument package map management in the handover of the operating room and supply room.Methods Since July 2017,the supply room of this hospital has implemented the pattern management of surgical instruments.This paper selects 400 hand-over records from the operation room and the supply room of this hospital from January to June in 2017 as a control group,and selects the implementation of the surgical instrument model management mode from August 2017 to January 2018 at the same time period.400 surgical instruments were handed over records and served as the observation group.Compare the quality of care delivery and satisfaction of the two sets of data.Results The incidence of handover errors in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group;the satisfaction of the operating room in the observation group with the supply room was significantly better than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of the surgical instrument map management model has enabled the visualizing and clearing of maps to be quicker,reducing the chance of errors and improving the job satisfaction of the operating room.
