目的探讨医疗质量精细化管理中所存在的突出问题,提出具体的解决措施。方法医疗质量管理中主要存在质量监控意识不强、医疗制度落实不好、质量环节管理不到位等问题,可采取更新管理理念,强化质量意识;重视人才建设,提供质量保障;抓好基础质量管理等管理措施。结果针对医疗质量精细化管理所存在问题,采取行之有效的应对措施,能显著提升医疗质量。结论结合医疗质量精细化管理所存在的突出问题,不断更新管理理念,强化质量意识,注重人才培养,实施科学、精细化管理,有利于医疗质量的提升。

Objective This paper tries to explore the outstanding problems in the fine management of medical quality and to put forward specific solutions.Methods The main problems in medical quality management include poor awareness of quality control,poor implementation of the medical system,and inadequate management of quality links.They can adopt updated management concepts and strengthen quality awareness;pay attention to talent construction and provide quality assurance;do a good job in management measures like the basic quality management,etc.Results To solve the problems of the fine management of medical quality,effective response measures can significantly improve the quality of medical care.Conclusion Combining with obvious problems in the fine management of medical quality,constantly updating management concepts,strengthening quality awareness,focusing on personnel training,and implementing scientific and detailed management are conducive to the improvement of medical quality.
