随着医疗技术的不断发展,护理模式也在不断改变,科学化的管理已成为提高护理管理质量的重要手段。目前护理风险事件普遍存在,并且具有一定的严重性,因此,风险管理是护理管理中最重要的环节之一,必须高度重视。该文结合国内外护理风险管理策略及该院实际护理工作情况,通过建立完善风险管理的流程,提升护士风险意识及风险防范能力,探索并建立较为规范的风险管理路径,降低了医院风险事件的发生,保障了患者安全,减少了医疗纠纷,构建更加和谐的医患关系,从而进一步提高了患者满意度和医院的整体竞争力。

With the continuous development of medical technology,nursing patterns are constantly changing,and scientific management has become an important means to improve the quality of nursing management.The current nursing risk events are widespread and have certain severity.Therefore,risk management is one of the most important aspects of nursing management and must be highly valued.This article combines domestic and international nursing risk management strategies and actual nursing work situation in the hospital.Through the establishment and improvement of risk management processes,it promotes nurses＇ risk awareness and risk prevention capabilities,explores and establishes a more standardized risk management path,and reduces the incidence of hospital risk events.It ensures the safety of patients,reduces medical disputes,and builds a more harmonious doctor-patient relationship,which further improves patient satisfaction and the overall competitiveness of the hospital.
