小儿病毒性脑炎42例临床特点及治疗体会

Clinical features and curative experience for viral encephalitis in 42 children

目的 :探讨小儿病毒性脑炎 (病脑 )临床特点及治疗体会。方法 :对确诊为病脑的 4 2例住院患儿进行临床观察 ,并采用阿昔洛韦治疗 ,观察其疗效。结果 :4 2例病脑患儿均在病毒感染的基础上出现神经系统症状及体征。经阿昔洛韦加综合治疗10～ 30天 ,治愈 2 5例 (5 9.5 % ) ,好转 13例 (31.0 % ) ,无效 4例 (9.5 % ) ,总有效率 90 .5 %。结论

Objective:To study the clinical features and treatment for viral encephalitis of children.Methods:Forty two hospitalized children clearly diagnosed as viral encephalitis were treated using aciclovir,and its curative effects were observed.Results:The presence of symptoms and signs of nervous system in 42 children with viral encephalitis were all based on the viral infection.After receiving both aciclovir and synthetical treatment for 10 to 30 days,25 cases were cured(59.5%),13 cases improved(30.9%) and 4 cases had no response(9.5%),the total effective rate was 90.5%.Conclusions:Aciclovir is an effective and safe antivirus medicine for treating of viral enphalitis of children.
