摘要
传统心理健康教育之下的大学生心理健康素质提升已经凸显出缺失性,大学生心理健康特征的集中表现、心理健康素质提升的关注度缺失以及大学生心理健康素质提升的校园文化困境已成为现今高校心理健康教育中极为突出的问题;因此构建于学校社会工作视角下的大学生心理健康团体体验式教学方法课程体系的建立、心理健康的认知合理性维度、朋辈群体搭建下的心理健康素质提升传播媒介以及学校社会工作介入式的非课程辅导模式成为了大学心理健康素质提升的有效途径以及心理健康教育追求的目标。
College Students' mental health diathesis of traditional mental health education have highlighted the lack of promotion, the concentrated expression, mental health characteristics of the mental health of university students to enhance the quality of attention deficits and to improve college students' psychological health quality campus cultural dilemma has become extremely prominent problem in current psychological health education in Colleges and universities; counseling model non curriculum of College Students' psychological health the group therefore constructed in school from the perspective of social work experience mental health diathesis teaching method curriculum system establishment, mental health, cognitive rationality dimension of peer group set up under the promotion of media and school social work intervention has become the effective way to improve the health quality of university psychological and mental health education in the pursuit of the goal.
