Study on the Current Ideological Education and Management of New Students Entrance for College

当前高校新生在日常生活、学习态度和人际关系等方面产生了种种的不适应,高校应从精准把握新生的思想特点和价值取向、切实利用好新生教育和管理的"三个第一"、切实做好"五困三富二迷一玩"群体学生的教育管理和帮扶工作、组建一支合格的学生干部队伍、培育良好的学风和班风、加强新生的宿舍管理和文化氛围营造、扎实做好安全教育等方面做好高校新生入学教育和管理工作。

This paper studies the current ideological education and management of new students entrance for college, reports on the current college freshmen＇s various non adaptation in daily life, learning attitude and interpersonal relationship, proposes that it should do well in the enrollment and management of freshmen from many aspects at present, such as： accurately grasp the ideological features and value orientation of the freshmen, making good use of the ＂three first＂ of freshmen＇s education and management, conscientiously do the education management and help work of the ＂five poor, three rich, two confuse, a play＂ group of students, setting up a qualified student cadre team, cultivating a good style of study and class, strengthening the management of the freshmen＇s dormitories and the construction of the cultural atmosphere, steadily do safety education work.
