摘要
文章设计了一套数控机床热误差补偿的远程监控系统,实现了机床温度数据获取、热误差建模、热误差补偿的远程控制等功能。通过在机床上的具体操作,实现了远程监控的功能,并且热误差补偿效果良好。
Thermal error compensation is one of the important technical means to improve the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools. With the concept of intelligent manufacturing, remote monitoring has put forward new requirements for thermal error compensation of machine tools. At present, most of the thermal error compensation devices of machine tools can only reathermal error compensation at the scene. For this reason, A remote monitoring system for thermal error compensation of NC machine tools is designed, and the functions of temperature data acquisition, thermal error modeling and remote control of thermal error compensation are realized. Through the specific operation on the machine tool, the remote monitoring function is realized, and the thermal error compensation effect is good.
