摘要
文章以昆山某公司自行车生产线为研究对象,基于IE方法的ECRS原则对该生产线的平衡问题进行改善。通过制定标准工时、对生产线物流进行路径规划和对生产现场实施6S管理这些改善措施,使平衡率由52.23%提高到89.51%,实现了"一个流"生产,并对改善方案运用Flexsim软件进行仿真,验证改善方案的合理性。
The article takes the bicycle production line of a company in Kunshan as the research object and improves the balance of the production line based on the ECRS principle of the IE method. Through the development of standard man-hours, path planning for production line logistics and implementation of 6S management on the production site, the improvement measures have increased the balance from 52.23% to 89.51%, realized “one stream” production, and used Flexsim software to simulate the improvement plan and verify the rationality of the improvement program.
