摘要
文章以厦门港出发的两次邮轮航线上的邮轮旅游者作为调查对象,采用便利抽样的方法进行问卷调查,得出邮轮旅游者出游偏好特征:信息渠道上,主要是旅行社、网络以及亲朋介绍,而其余渠道相对较少;出游周期上,初购者偏好于6-8天的航程,而重购者偏好于3-5天的航程;出游形式上,初购者不愿意一个人,而重购者更愿意一个人参加;出游时间上,避开公共长假的其他时间占了极大的比例。
