丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶15在人脑星形细胞瘤中的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶(STK)15在人脑星形细胞瘤中表达及其意义。方法应用S-P免疫组化法对60例人脑星形细胞瘤患者(肿瘤组)和10例脑外伤手术患者(对照组)的脑组织标本中STK15的表达进行检测。结果对照组正常脑组织中未见STK15阳性表达,而肿瘤组脑组织标本中STK15阳性表达率为55%。星形细胞瘤低级别亚组STK15阳性表达率为10%,中级别亚组为52.6%,高级别亚组为100%,三亚组间差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。Spearman等级相关分析显示,STK15的表达强度和星形细胞瘤病理分级程度呈正相(r=1.000,P<0.05)。结论人脑星形细胞瘤中STK15的表达明显增高,且病理分级越高,STK15的表达水平越高。STK15可能成为脑星形细胞瘤治疗的新靶点。 Objective The expression and its significance of serine/threonine kinase( STK) 15 in the human brain astrocytoma were investigated. Methods The expression of STK15 in brain tissue was detected by immunohistochemical SP staining in 60 patients with human brain astrocytoma( tumor group) and 10 patients with brain trauma surgery( control group). Results The control group showed no positive expression of STK15 in normal brain tissue,while the positive expression rates of STK15 in brain tissue of tumor group was 55%. The STK15 positive rate of low-grade astrocytoma subgroup was 10%,middle-grade astrocytoma subgroup was 52. 6%,high-grade astrocytoma subgroup was 100%; and the difference among the three subgroups had no statistical significance(P〈0.01). Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the expression intensity of STK15 was positively correlated with the degree of pathological grading of the astrocytoma( r =1. 000,P 0. 05). Conclusion Expression of STK15 in the human brain astrocytoma is significantly increased and the expression level of STK15 becomes higher with the increasing of pathological grading. STK15 can be a new target for the treatment of human brain astrocytomas.
