综放工作面过大断面空巷群的顶板控制技术

摘要 云岗矿12#层8633综放工作面推进过程中需通过7条影响正常生产的大断面空巷,为了防止工作面过空巷群期间出现空巷冒顶和压架等事故,云岗矿12#层8633综放工作面过空巷时采取工作面调斜、合理控制支架初撑力、不放顶煤、快速推进等综合技术措施,成功地控制了空巷围岩变形,保证工作面安全快速通过空巷。 In the process of driving, 8633 fully mechanized caving face of 12# layer, Yungang Mine needs to pass through 7 large section abandoned roadways which affect the normal production of the face. In order to prevent the accident of the roof and the pressure of the roadway during the working face, when the 8633 fully mechanized caving face of Yungang 12# layer is over empty, it adopts comprehensive technical measures such as adjusting the working face and controlling the initial support force, non caving coal and rapid propulsion. It has successfully controlled the deformation of the surrounding rock and ensured the safety and speed of the working face passing through the empty lane.
