摘要
山西经坊煤业有限公司煤矿为缓倾斜易涌水煤矿,八采区避难硐室主体结构施工完成后,进入设计安装气幕喷淋装置工序。通过对避难硐室的风量计算以及管路形式、结构及孔径等的研究,设计出符合避难硐室实际的气幕喷淋装置,施工完成经试运转后,人员进出避难硐室的过渡室时不会导致硐室内有害气体含量增加,气幕喷淋装置的效果较好。
The coal mine of Shanxi Changzhi Jingfang Coal Industry Co., LTD. is a slowly inclined easy fowing coal mine. After the construction of the main structure of the refuge chamber in the eight mining area, the design and installation of the gas curtain spray device is made. Through the calculation of the air volume of the refuge chamber and the research on the form, structure and aperture of the pipeline, the air curtain spray device is designed to meet the actual conditions of the refuge chamber. After the construction is completed, the personnel entering and out of the transition chamber of the refuge chamber will not increase the harmful gas content in the chamber, and the effect of the air curtain spray device is better.
