“封、堵、注”三位一体综合防灭火技术应用

摘要 煤炭自燃是矿井的主要灾害之一,尤其是在复杂地质条件综采工作面收作期间,回撤时间远大于煤层自然发火期,易造成煤层自然发火。以口孜东矿121303综采工作面为例,分析造成煤层自燃的主要因素,并在此基础上采取针对性的措施,同时总结提炼了"封、堵、注"三位一体综合防灭火技术措施,对煤层自然发火的治理具有指导意义。 Coal spontaneous combustion is one of the main disasters in the mine, especially when the fully mechanized mining face in complex geological conditions is retracted, because the retracting time is far greater than the spontaneous combustion period of coal seams, and it is easy to cause spontaneous combustion of coal seams. Taking the 121303 fully mechanized coal mining face of Kouzidong Mine as an example, this paper analyzes the main factors causing spontaneous combustion of coal seam, and takes the pertinent measures on this basis. At the same time, the comprehensive fre prevention and extinguishing measures of "sealing, blocking and injection" were summarized and refned, which is of guiding signifcance to the control of spontaneous combustion of coal seam.
