摘要
本文针对给料系统存在的问题,对GZM1530型振动给煤机吊挂钢丝绳、给煤机出煤口、给煤机制动控制装置以及给煤机与输送皮带机闭锁等方面进行了改造研究。通过改造,改善了设备运行环境,提高了电控系统的可靠性和稳定性,为精煤安全外运创造了有利条件,安全经济效益明显。
In this paper, aiming at the existing problem of feeding system, a transformation research has been carried on about hang rope, coal feeder out of coal, coal feeder brake control unit and coal feeder and atresia by belt conveyor and so on, of GZM1530 type vibration coal feeder. Through transformation, the operating environment of the equipment has been improved, and the reliability and stability of the electric control system have been improved, which has created favorable conditions for the safe export of refned coal, and the safety and economic benefts are obvious.
