摘要
结合矿井单轨吊机车运输巷道中风门的特点,本文将对原有风门闭锁装置存在的弊端、风门联锁装置的改进方案、可行性研究分析等进行详细阐述。对比两种改进方案,本文将得出气动式风门联锁装置在单轨吊机车运输系统的风门中具有安全性、适用性、经济性的特点,在长距离风门间距联锁中具有一定的推广意义。
Combined with the characteristics of the damper in mine roadway of the monorail crane truck transportation, this paper expounds the existing disadvantages of the original air door locking device, air door interlocking device improvement scheme and feasibility study analysis in details. By comparing and contrasting the two kinds of improved scheme, this article will draw the fact that pneumatic throttle interlocking device in the throttle to monorail crane truck transportation system has the characteristics of safety, applicability and economy, which has certain popularization signifcance in the long distance air door spacing interlocking.
