摘要
大同煤矿集团云岗矿406盘区8615-1巷道采用EBZ220型半煤岩掘进机进行作业,需要对其出矸方式进行改进。本文主要是对SSJ-800皮带机进行改造,提出利用其直接出煤矸对接矿车的运输模式。实践应用效果表明:该皮带机运输系统的优化改造能够配套掘进机顺利进行工作,有效地提高了煤矿巷道的掘进效率。
In the 406 area 8615-1 laneway of the Yungang Mine in Datong Coal Mine Group, the EBZ220 type semi coal rock roadheader is used to carry out the operation. This article mainly carries on the transformation to the SSJ-800 belt conveyor, proposes to use its direct transportation mode of coal gangue docking mine car. The practical application results show that the optimization of the conveyer system of the belt conveyer can work well and effectively improve the tunneling effciency of the coal mine.
