摘要
论文主要针对西曲煤矿电液控制系统当中供液系统的不足,提出了升级改造方案。改造方案中主要是从粗过滤装置、软化水系统的选用方案、增设辅助精过滤装置和高压反冲洗过滤装置等方面进行了阐述,实践应用效果显示改造后的ZZ13000/28/65D型液压支架的供液系统性能大大提高了,保障了支架对于供液质量的需要。
In this paper, the upgrading and transformation scheme of the power supply system of Xiqu Coal Mine is proposed, which are explained mainly from the coarse filter device, the selection of demineralized water system solutions, adding auxiliary fne fltration unit and high pressure back fush flter unit, etc, and practical application effects show that modifed ZZ13000/28/65D type hydraulic support for fuid system performance is greatly improved, which safeguards the quality of the stent for feed liquid.
