摘要
成庄矿井下通风设施数量较多,且均由刚性材料构筑,通风设施受采动影响易变形、损坏,尤其是密闭墙的损坏造成瓦斯外泄,漏风大,维护难度大。针对该问题本文结合现场实际情况选取新型无机柔性喷涂材料进行加固密封,科学合理设计技术参数,现场监测密闭效果良好,有效地解决了密闭墙开裂、漏风、瓦斯泄漏及渗水等问题。
The underground ventilation facilities in Chengzhuang Mine are many, and all of them are constructed by rigid materials. The ventilation facilities are easily deformed and damaged by the infuence of mining, especially the damage caused by the closed wall, which causes gas leakage, the air leakage is large and the maintenance is diffcult. In view of this problem, a new type of inorganic fexible spraying material is selected for strengthening and sealing, scientifcally and rationally designing technical parameters, and the feld monitoring has a good sealing effect, which effectively solves the problems of the cracking, air leakage, gas leakage and seepage of the closed wall.
