Evaluation and Countermeasures of Sustainable Development of Open Economy in Zhoushan Archipelago New Area

从系统自身、功能、环境三方面建立开放型经济可持续发展能力的评价指标体系,运用改进的熵值法,从时间序列和横向截面来评价舟山开放型经济可持续发展能力及在全省的地位,通过利用外资水平、推进外贸转型升级、加快"走出去"步伐、提高环境承载力等来提升其开放型经济可持续发展能力。

The evaluation index system of open economy’s sustainable development capability is constructed from three perspectives-the system itself, function and environment. By using the improved entropy method, the sustainable development ability of open economy is evaluated from time series and horizontal section in Zhoushan. It could be achieved by raising the level of utilization of foreign capital, by speeding up the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade, by accelerating the pace of “going global” and enhancing the ability of environmental sustainable development so as to enhance its sustainable development capability of open economy.
