农业供给侧结构性改革的金融支持研究——以黑龙江省为例

Research on the Financial Support to the Structural Reform on the Supply Side of Agriculture——Taking Heilongjiang Province as the Example

为加快实现我国从农业大国向农业强国的转变,农村金融机构要尽快适应新常态下的经济形势,深化农村金融服务创新,推进农业供给侧结构性改革。论文以黑龙江省为主要研究对象,在阐述推进农业供给侧结构性改革的必要性和紧迫性的基础上,分析了金融推进农业供给侧结构性改革举足轻重的作用,提出了金融支持农业供给侧结构性改革的几点建议。

In order to speed up the transformation of China from a large agricultural country to a powerful agricultural country, the rural financial institutions should adapt to the economic trend in the new normal, deepen the innovation of rural financial services and promote the supply side structural reform of agriculture. Taking Heilongjiang province as the research object, and on the basis of expounding the necessity and urgency of promoting the supply side structural reform of agriculture, the paper analyzes the important role of finance in promoting the supply side structural reform of agriculture, and puts forward some suggestions on financial support for supply side structural reform of agriculture.
