信息交流模式研究——以“知乎”为例

Research on the Information Communication Mode——Taking “Zhihu” as an Example

近年来社会化问答社区蓬勃发展,成为信息交流与获取的重要方式。论文以"知乎"为例,将知乎用户分为四个类型:普通用户、积极参与用户、专业用户和权威用户,并将四种用户之间的信息交流模式分为不对等的弱双向信息交流模式、对等的双向信息交流模式以及权威用户占主导地位的信息交流模式。最后针对各类用户在信息交流中存在的问题提出建议,以期提高用户的持续参与性和平台的活跃度。

In recent years, socialized question and answer communities have flourished and become an important means of information communication and acquisition. Taking ＂Zhihu＂ as an example, the paper divides the users of Zhihu into four categories： ordinary users, active users, professional users and authoritative users, and divides the information communication modes among four kinds of users into the unequal weak two-way information communication mode, the reciprocal two-way information communication mode and the information communication mode dominated by authoritative users. Finally, it proposes suggestions for the problems of various types of users in the information communication, hoping to increase the user＇s continued participation and platform activity.
