作为事业单位,高校工会的主要职能与义务是维护广大教职工的合法权益,处理好学校与教职工之间的关系,更好地支持高校教书育人工作。新时代高校面临新形势、新问题、新机遇,高校工会如何积极加强自身建设,更好地发挥工会作为党委联系教职工的桥梁纽带作用,凝聚人心,汇聚力量,使教职工能以满腔的热情投入到工作之中,促进学校各项工作的有序正常开展,为学校的改革发展稳定做出新贡献,是值得深入探讨的课题。

As the public institution, the main function and obligation of the trade union of colleges and universities is to safeguard the legal rights and interests of the general teaching staff, deal well with the relationship between the school and the teaching staff, so as to better support the work of teaching and educating people in colleges and universities.
