国家法规要求新、改、扩等建设项目必须进行安全设施设计,力争使项目达到本质安全,以此保证工业企业的生产安全,保护人民生命安全、企业财产安全。安全设施设计以项目的危险、有害因素辨识分析为基础,对火灾、爆炸、触电、机械伤害等危险、有害因素进行有针对性的安全设施设计,使安全设施符合当前的技术、经济条件,符合国家标准,满足建设单位的安全生产要求。

The national laws and regulations require that the new, modified and expanded construction projects must carry out the design of the security facilities, and strive to achieve the essential safety of the project, so as to ensure the production safety of the industrial enterprises, and protect the safety of people＇s life and enterprise property. The design of safety facilities is based on the identification and analysis of hazard and harmful factors in the project. Carrying out the targeted safety facility design in view of the dangerous and harmful factors such as fire, explosion,electric shock, mechanical injury, etc, so as to make the safety facilities in line with the current technical and economic conditions and national standards, and meet the production safety requirements of construction units.
