Research on the Economic Value of the Future Development of Prefabricated Architecture Based on the BIM Technology

在我国建筑行业发展中,对于装配式建筑的设计和规划越来越重视,BIM技术作为一种常用装配式实施技术,对整个装配式建筑工程的发展起到了重要的规划性作用。鉴于此,论文针对BIM技术对装配式建筑未来发展趋势价值研究做出了分析。

During the development of construction industry in China, more and more attention has been paid to the design and planning of the prefabricated buildings. As a commonly used assembly implementation technology, BIM technology plays an important planning role in the development of the whole prefabricated building engineering. In view of this, this paper analyzes the value of future development trend of prefabricated architecture by BIM technology.
