韩国地方政府对华外交:特点、动因与前景——以仁川市为例

Diplomatic Relations with China by Local Governments in South Korea：Features,Motives and Prospects：A Case Study of the Incheon City

中韩两国地缘相近、文化相通,中韩两国各级地方政府为推动两国关系发展贡献了力量、增添了活力。然而近期朝鲜半岛紧张局势对中韩关系产生了较大影响,两国地方层面交流也直接受到不利影响。本文试以韩国仁川市为案例,分析韩国地方政府对华外交的特点、动因、影响及其展望。

There exist geographical proximity and cultural affinity between China and South Korea,where local governments at various levels in both countries have contributed in no small way to the development and vitality of the bilateral relations.Nevertheless,the recent tensions in the Korean Peninsula have had some negative impact on the Sino-South Korea relations,as well as on the exchange between local governments from both sides.This article attempts to analyse the features,motives,influences,and prospects of the diplomatic relations with China by local governments in South Korea,with the Incheon City as a case study.
