韩国青年的择业观和创业认知研究——基于大学生和普通民众的调研

A Study of South Korean Youths＇ Career Views and Perception of Business Start-Ups：A Survey of College Students and the General Public

韩国政府为了创造更多的就业机会,多次制定创业激活政策。为了不断完善创业激活政策,需要及时掌握人们的择业观和对创业的认知,为此,韩国政府对相关人群进行了调研,了解人们的创业认知和差异,从而为制定更行之有效的创业政策奠定基础。以大学生和普通民众为调研对象,围绕创业环境、创业认知及创业成功因素等问题,按区域、学校（年龄）、性别选择调研对象,采取线上和线下调研两种方式进行,希望调研结果对韩国青年创业有促进作用。其对中国青年创业也有一定启示。

The South Korean Government has made many start-up incentive policies,in order to create more employments.To improve these incentive policies,there is a need to understand in a timely manner the public views of career and their perception of start-ups,for which reason the South Korean Government conducted surveys among relevant groups,to understand their perceptions of start-ups and differences,so as to provide a solid foundation for making effective start-up policies.These surveys targeted college students and the general public,pivoting around such issues as the start-up environment,the perception of start-ups,and start-up success factors.Respondents were selected according to their region,university（age）,and sex.The survey was conducted both online and offline.Hopefully the outcome of this survey can have some positive effect on encouraging South Korean youths to start-up businesses and offer some lessons on start-ups for Chinese youths.
