A Research on Training Mode of Innovative Entrepreneurs in Universities

努力推进高校创新创业人才培养是提升大学生质量的内驱力,是推动社会经济发展的原生力,是实施创新驱动发展战略的新动力。现今,我国高校普遍存在人才培养理念滞后、教育体系设置不合理、师资队伍水平有待提高、保障体系不够健全等问题,亟需从更新人才培养理念、健全教育体系、增强师资队伍建设和健全保障体系等方面加以改进,以期提升高校创新创业人才培养水平。

Promoting the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges improve the quality of college students, which is also a primary force for promoting social and economic development as well asa ne＊w driving force for implementing innovation-driven development strategies. Nowadays, there universities in China such problems as outdated concept of talent cultivation, unreasonable ment of the teaching staff and inadequate security system. It is urgent to education system, enhance the construction of faculty and improve the security system and quality of innovation and entrepreneurship training in colleges and universities.
