“互联网+”背景下高职外语教师信息素养现状及提升策略——基于广州市的调查 被引量:7

Situation of Foreign Language Teachers' Information Qualities in Higher Vocational Colleges in “Internet + ” Era and Strategy——A Case Study of Guangzhou City

摘要 "互联网+"时代下,教师的信息素养是教育信息化与教学改革的关键。高职外语教师的信息素养直接影响着外语教学质量及人才培养的素质。通过问卷调查和深度访谈,对广州地区189名高职外语教师的信息素养现状进行调查。研究发现,广州高职院校的外语教师信息素养处于"意识形态尚可、理论知识不足、高级应用能力偏低、学科整合度不够、差异性大"的状态。提升策略:学校管理层面加强政策引导和数字化智慧校园建设,提高教师培训效率;教师自身层面加强自主学习以提升信息意识,形成互联网思维,加入专业发展的学习共同体。 Abstract: In the “ Internet + ” era, the teachers ’ information qualities are the key to the educational informatization and re-form. The information qualities of foreign language teachers in the higher vocational colleges will directly afect the quality of foreign language teaching and talent cultivation. This paper has conducted a survey on the situation ers 5 information qualities in the higher vocational college in Guangzhou. The results teachers possess strong information awareness, but lack of theoretical knowledge and application ability in the intformation and curriculum. This paper puts forward such strategies as enhancing the building of digital c a m p u s,efficiency of teacher training,as well as enhancing the information awareness, forming the Internet the learning community for professional development.
