中国高职生心理健康状况的元分析 被引量:9

摘要 中国制造2025不仅需要职业教育培养的学生具备专业技能,更需要他们具备良好的心理健康水平。关注和了解近几年中国高职生的心理健康状况显得十分必要,而元分析则为对已经发表的相关量化研究文献再次进行综合统计分析提供一条有效的路径。使用元分析软件CMA 3.0对2011年至2015年发表的、以90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)为测量工具的28篇文献,共计20713名高职生进行元分析,并进一步在纵向上与全国大学生常模进行了比较;横向上,在高职生群体内部进行了性别、来源以及年级的差异比较。在此基础上,从全人、全阶段、全生涯教育等视角,通过鼓励高职生心理自助、帮助高职生完成不同阶段心理成长,以及将心理健康教育与生涯教育相结合等举措,为高职生心理健康提供援助。 The strateg of a Made in China 2025 ” requires the students of vocational education to have better professional skills while their psychological health state should be treated more importantly. Therefore, it is derstanding the mental health status of the vocational college students. Based on current literatureconducted by the author about the mental health status of vocational college students from published after 2010 and compared our results with this meta- analysis. The study collected 28 papers in which S C L-90 wasused as a tool and the score of each factor has been reported. In the meta-analysis, w e utilized college students compared with samples of the vocational college students in these 28 papers. W e conducted the meta-analysis analyzing publication bias and effects size ( H e d g e s') from two aspects. O n the one h a n d, w e compared the vocational college students with the national college student n o r m. O n the other h a n d, w e analyzed inside the from different demographic statistics indexes, such as grades, genders and resources. Moreover, w e calculated a synthesisscore of each factor in SCL-90 as referable norm of the vocational college students. Therefore, to provide the mental health as-sistance for the vocational college students, w e put forward some measures in the perspective of whole person, whole stages and whole career education, the protection for psychological health should be built by encouraging students' psychological self-help , helping the students accomplish their mental growth at different stages and combing the psychological education with ca-reer education.
