眼部蠕形螨的研究进展

蠕形螨是人体最常见的一种寄生虫。在眼部,蠕形螨可出现在睫毛、睫毛毛囊以及睑板腺上。睫毛采样结合螨虫计数的方法使得蠕形螨感染的诊断更加准确。研究认为蠕形螨与睑缘炎、结膜炎及继发于睑缘炎和结膜炎的部分角膜病变相关。茶树精油可通过杀螨及额外的抗菌、抗炎作用减少蠕形螨数量并治疗蠕形螨相关眼病。本文对眼部蠕形螨的研究进展进行综述。

Demodex mites are the most common parasite in humans. In the eye, Demodex can be found on the eyelashes,the lash follicles,and the meibomian glands. The modified eyelash sampling and counting method makes it easier and more accurate to diagnose Demodex infestation. Demodex mites are thought to be associated with blepharitis, conjunctivitis and pathological corneal features. Tea tree oil shows promising potential for decreasing Demodex in eyelash and improving subjective ocular discomfort.
