Analysis on Implicit and Explicit Interaction Mechanism of Network Public Opinion

在舆情发展过程中,隐性舆情可能会因为道德伦理的约束、政策法规的规制,以及媒介素养的差异等原因而转化为显性舆情,显性舆情同样也可能会因为社会压力、舆情主体利益、政策诱发等因素的影响而转化为隐性舆情,二者本身是一个循环的过程,在转换中对社会产生影响。为了更好地应对二者共存和相互转换带来的社会影响,相关部门需要加强对隐性舆情的监控和引导,同时也要加强对网络舆情主体(网民)媒介素养的培养。

In the procession of public opinion development,implicit public opinions may transform into explicit ones,because of the constraint of moral and ethical,the regulation of policies and laws,the differences of media literacy,etc. Similarly,explicit public opinions may transform into implicit ones,because of social pressure,the subjects' benefits of public opinion,the inducement of policies,and so on. The two is a cycle process,which has an impact on society in the process of transformation. In order to better cope with the social influence brought by the two coexistence and mutual transformation,the relevant departments should enhance the supervision and guidance of implicit public opinion,and at the same time,strengthen the media literacy cultivation on the main body of network public opinion.
