摘要 目的:应用热重-差热分析法(TG-DTA)快速区分国产血竭和进口血竭,并鉴别药材真伪。方法:收集国产血竭和进口血竭药材样本26批,考察升温范围、升温速率、粉末粒度等重要因素对血竭TG-DTA实验的影响,利用TG-DTA特征图谱快速区分国产血竭和进口血竭,并对其伪品进行鉴别;采用TG-DTG方法进行热重分析及热焓计算,对药材样本定量区分。结果:确定了热重-差热分析法快速鉴定血竭的最佳实验条件:升温范围50~850℃;升温速率20℃/min;粉末过100目筛。在该条件下通过TG-DTA、TG-DTG图谱,利用特征峰位、热重分析(T_(V-max)、△W_2+△W_3)、热焓分析(△H)可以很好的区分国产血竭、进口血竭及其伪品。结论:热重-差热法操作简单,几乎无需预处理,图谱易分析,是一种快速区分国产血竭、进口血竭及真伪鉴别的方法。 Objective: To identify the authenticity of Draconis Resina and Draconis Sanguis by TG - DTA(Thermo Gravimetric - Differential Thermal Analysis). Methods: 26 sample batches of Draconis Resina and Draconis Sanguis were collected to investigate the effect of heating rate, temperature range, particle size on TG -DTA experiment, using TG - DTA fingerprint to quickly distinguish Draconis Resina and Draconis Sanguis,and identify their authenticity. Thermo gravimetric analysis and enthalpy calculation were carried out by TG -DTG method, and the samples were further quantitatively distinguished. Results: The optimum experimental conditions were determined as follows: the temperature range was 50-850℃, the heating rate was 20℃/min,the powder was screened with 100 meshes. Draconis Resina and Draconis Sanguis could be well differentiate dwith the characteristic peaks, thermo gravimetric analysis(TV - max, △W2 +△W3), and Enthalpimetric analysis(△H) by using maps of TG - DTA and TG - DTG under above conditions. Conclusion: TG - DTA technique is simple without preconditioning, and it is easy to analyze. It is a rapid method for distinguishing Draconis Resina and Draconis Sanguis and to identify the authenticity.
