椎动脉三步松解法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病

Clinical Observation of Three-Steps Release of Vertebral Artery in the Treatment of VACS

目的:观察椎动脉三步松解法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组使用椎动脉三步松解法进行治疗,每日1次,每次20 min,每10次为1个疗程。对照组口服倍他司汀进行治疗,每日3次,每次12 mg,每10次为1个疗程。治疗2个疗程后对两组患者进行临床疗效、ESCV评分及DHI评分的比较。结果:治疗后治疗组临床有效率92.00%(23/25),明显优于对照组64.00%(16/25)(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后ESCV评分比较,P<0.01;治疗组治疗后ESCV评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后DHI评分比较,P<0.01;治疗组治疗后DHI评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:椎动脉三步松解法能更好的提高椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of three - step release of vertebral artery in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis（VACS）. Methods： Patients were randomly divided into thetreatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated with the method of three - step releaseof vertebral artery（once per day, 20 min / each time, ten days as one course）, and the control group was trea￣ted by Betahistine（12 mg / each time, three times per day, ten days as one course）. Clinical efficacy, scoresof ESCV and DHI were compared between the groups after two courses of treatment. Results： The clinical efficacy was 92. 00%（23 / 25） in the treatment group, which was significantly higher than 64. 00% （16 / 25） inthe control group（P 〈 0. 05）. There was significant differences in the scores of ESCV and DHI after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups（P 〈 0. 01）, and the treatment group was superior to the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The method of three - step release of vertebral artery canbetter improve the clinical effect of VACS.
