高等教育中平等受教育权的大众认识与反思

Public Recognition on Equal Rights of Education in Higher Education

教育机会公平是平等受教育权的重要方面,高等教育中的机会公平是"标准面前的平等",民众对高等教育机会公平有着不同的认知。本文基于城乡、性别、地域等差异考察民众的"教育公平"认知,通过民众的态度,反思当前一些高等教育制度、政策,以期国家能更好地促进教育公平,保障公民平等受教育权。

Equality of opportunity is the essential factor of education equality. The main point of equality of opportunity in higher education is based on the same standard. But people have different perceptions on equality of opportunity in higher education. This investigation focuses on the urban-rural differences,gender differences and regional differences, which are based on the public recognition of education equality.Moreover,this investigation suggests that the government should take steps to guarantee people ＇s rights of education and improve the education equality.
