摘要
对国外某褐铁矿进行了选矿工艺研究。采用预洗矿-磁化焙烧-弱磁选工艺,当磨矿细度为-0.075 mm粒级占97.75%,最终可获得铁精矿产率65.25%、TFe品位63.59%、回收率84.18%的指标。通过对比试验论证了对该类褐铁矿进行预洗矿的必要性。
Mineral processing technique for a limonite ore from abroad was investigated. A flowsheet consisting of prewashing,magnetic roasting and low intensity magnetic separation was proposed. With the grinding fineness of-0.075 mm 97.75%,a final iron concentrate with TFe grade of 63.59% and recovery of 84.18% can be obtained at a yield of 65.25%. Comparison tests verified that prewashing process is essential in treating this kind of limonite ore.
