摘要 该文为减小炉内加热时的温度梯度并且能够实时勘测炉窑工作情况,设计出该款基于Web技术的分布式窑炉温控器。以STM32F407为微处理器完成多路输入输出通道设计对数据进行采集与控制输出,采用PID与Bang-Bang相结合的控制算法实现对炉窑温度调控,利用Web技术将数据通过以太网实时传送至网页监控终端,掌握窑炉工作时热工参数的变化,该前端控制中心亦可发送指令改变对各个温控参数的数值,实现底层与上位机的交互,保证炉窑生产化的安全性与可靠性。 In order to reduce the temperature gradient during the heating of the furnace and to investigate the working conditions of the furnace in real time,this article designs a distributed furnace thermostat based on Web technology in the paper. The topic is to use STM32 F407 as microprocessor to complete the data acquisition and control output for multiple input and output channels,the control algorithm with the combination of PID and Bang-Bang is adopted to regulate the temperature of the furnace,and the data is transmitted to the Web monitoring terminal in real time through the Web technology,to master the change of thermal parameters during furnace work. The frontend control center can also send instructions to change the value of each temperature control parameter,it can realize the interaction between the bottom layer and the host computer to ensure the safety and reliability of the furnace production.
