摘要
针对传统测量手段效率不高且不能满足工件尺寸自动化测量高精度、高速度的目的,该文设计了一种自动化程度相对较高的工件外形尺寸激光测量系统。采用PC机进行全局管理,STM32F405RGT6作为下位机采集各种测量信号与数据,PC与下位机通过并口的TTL信号实现并行传输通讯,光栅尺数据通过串口和USB口读取,激光数据通过网络实时传输。做了用点激光扫描工件表面点云的实验,通过对激光光束的标定,得出光束方向向量,在Matlab中进行平面拟合,计算出平面间距,得到工件长、宽、高等尺寸信息,基本满足系统要求。
Aiming at the low efficiency of traditional measurement methods and the inability to meet the requirements of high-precision and high-speed measurement of workpiece size,a laser measurement system with a relatively high degree of automation has been designed. The system is managed globally by a PC. The STM32 F405 RGT6 is used as a slave to collect various measurement signals and data. The TTL signal of the parallel port realizes the parallel transmission communication between the PC and the slave. The serial port and USB port read the encoder data,and laser data transmitted over the network in real-time. Through the calibration of the spot laser beam,the direction vector of the beam is obtained. The plane is fitted in Matlab,and the plane spacing is calculated to obtain the length,width and height dimensions of the workpiece,and the system requirements are basically met.
