摘要
目的探讨六步行为认知干预在慢性牙周炎患者口腔保健行为管理中的应用效果。方法以2016年6月-2017年1月就诊于天津市某三级甲等口腔医院牙周科门诊的160例慢性牙周炎患者为研究对象,按照初次入院就诊时间的单双月将其分为干预组和对照组。对照组接受常规口腔卫生宣教,干预组在常规口腔卫生宣教的基础上接受六步行为认知干预。采用重复测量方差分析比较干预前、干预后1个月、干预后3个月两组患者每天刷牙次数、每次刷牙持续时间、每周牙间隙清洁次数和口腔保健自我效能总分。结果干预前两组患者每天刷牙次数、每次刷牙持续时间、每周牙间隙清洁次数和口腔保健自我效能总分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后1个月、3个月,两组患者的每天刷牙次数、每次刷牙持续时间、每周牙间隙清洁次数和口腔保健自我效能总分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),干预组优于对照组。结论六步行为认知干预可以有效改善慢性牙周炎患者短期的口腔保健行为,提高口腔保健自我效能,因其可操作性和实用性强,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To study the effectiveness of six-step behavioral cognitive intervention in the management of oral self-care behaviors for patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods 160 patients with chronic periodontitis from June 2016 to January 2017 were sampled and classified into intervention group and control group based on admission time.The patients in control group was given the routine oral hygiene education.The patients in intervention group was provided six-step behavioral cognitive intervention after the routine oral hygiene education.Repeated-measures ANOVA was conducted to study the differences between two groups in daily frequency of tooth brushing,daily tooth brushing duration,weekly frequency of interdental cleaning and the score of self-efficacy for oral self-care.Results There was no significant difference between two groups in daily frequency of toothbrushing,daily toothbrushing duration,weekly frequency of interdental cleaning and the score of self-efficacy for oral self-care(P〉0.05)There was significant difference in daily frequency of toothbrushing,daily toothbrushing duration,weekly frequency of interdental cleaning and the score of self-efficacy for oral self-care in the intervention group before intervention and after intervention compared with that of control group(P〈0.001).Conclusions The six-step behavioral cognitive intervention might be operational and practical in the improvement of oral self-care behaviors and self-efficacy for oral self-care in patients with chronic periodontitis in the short term and it deserves to be popularized in clinic.
