自制根管内吸引器用于模拟弯曲根管吸引效果的体外对比研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的比较两种自制根管内吸引器、ROEKO根管内吸引器、耐高温手术用强吸吸引器和普通弱吸管在弯曲根管内的吸引效果。方法 5种根管内吸引器各选取8个(n=8),测量尖端直径,分别对应一个镍钛根管预备后的模拟弯曲根管。把根管内吸引器置入根管,数码相机拍照,ImageJ软件测量置入深度。根管内充满液体,吸引器吸引5s后,拍照,测量剩余液体长度。纸尖拭干剩余液体,记录需要纸尖数量。统计分析采用one-way ANOVA和非参数检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 (1)尖端直径与置入根管内深度趋势一致:自制根管内吸引器2的头部尖端最细,置入深度最深,其次为ROEKO根管内吸引器,自制根管内吸引器1居第三;耐高温手术用强吸吸引器和普通弱吸管无法置入。(2)剩余液体长度:自制根管内吸引器2最少;其次为ROEKO根管内吸引器;自制根管内吸引器1和耐高温手术用强吸吸引器差异无显著意义;普通弱吸管几乎无根管内吸引效果。(3)拭干纸尖数量:根管内吸引器2和ROEKO根管内吸引器最少;自制根管内吸引器1和耐高温手术用强吸吸引器第二;普通弱吸管最多。结论自制根管内吸引器2对弯曲根管吸引效果最优,具备临床应用前景。自制根管内吸引器1具备一定临床应用前景。 Objective To compare the aspiration effect of two kinds of self-made endodontic suction apparatus,ROEKO endodontic suction device,high temperature resistant suction device and ordinary weak suction tube in the curved root canal.Methods Eight aspirators were selected(n=8)from each of 5 root canal aspirator.The tip diameters were measured and the placement depths were estimated through images taken by a digital camera.After the canals were filled by fluids,the aspirators were used to aspirate for 5 seconds.Images of the residual fluids were taken and measured also using Image.Paper points were used to dry the canals and the number of paper points used were recorded.The data were analyzed using the one-way ANOVA and non-parametric test at a significance level of P〈0.05.Results The tip diameters and placement depths shared the same tendency,in which the second proprietary aspirator showed the smallest tip size and the deepest placement in the canals,followed by the ROEKO aspirator,the first proprietary aspirator and the surgical aspirator,and the regular aspirator could not be placed into the canal.For residual fluids after aspiration,the second proprietary aspirator left the least fluid,followed by the ROEKO aspirator,and the difference between the first proprietary aspirator and the surgical aspirator was not significant.The regular aspirator could not aspirate fluid from the canal altogether.As for as the number of paper points used to dry the canals were concerned,the second proprietary aspirator and ROEKO aspirator were the least,and the first proprietary aspirator and the surgical aspirator were the second,all of them were better than the regular aspirator.Conclusions The second proprietary aspirator indicates the best aspiration effect and the first proprietary aspirator may be suitable for clinical application.
